Booking and Payments: Dates are secured only upon receipt of a non-refundable $150 USD deposit. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to the start of the event.

Special Clause: 360 & HP Photobooth Rentals:

• Equipment Responsibility: The client assumes full financial responsibility for any damage caused to the equipment due to guest misuse or negligence during the rental period.
• Space and Power Requirements: The client must provide a level, solid surface of at least 10×10 feet and access to a dedicated power outlet within 20 feet of the setup area.
• Safety & Weather: Ximena Patrón Photography reserves the right to suspend services if weather conditions (rain/extreme wind) or guest behavior pose a risk to the equipment or staff safety.
